Dark Chocolate Delight Frosting
Frosting. Most people either take it or leave it. I personally don't really like frosting unless it's chocolate. So you can see that this is a frosting with which I am very generous in serving size.

Ingredients
Soften (do not melt) the margarine in the microwave. Using a handheld mixer blend the shortening and margarine together until just blended. Melt the chocolate in the microwave being careful not to burn it and add it to the mixture. Add cocoa and blend together. Begin adding powdered sugar a cup at a time, blending after each cup. Add milk as needed.
If you want another fun thing to do with frosting, add powdered sugar until it gets crumbly and then dry some. It's like Dippin Dots but with frosting! If you plan on piping on your frosting make sure that it's not too thick. My frosting tends to be thicker so you may have to add some more milk, but be careful because a little goes a long way.

The picture above shows a good consistency for piping. It slid off the spatula after I took the picture.
The crumbly texture I mentioned earlier. It tastes great but isn't good for piping.
