1/4 cup room temp strong coffee (I take 1/4 cup of water and put a spoonful of instant coffee in)
2 tbsp cinnamon mixed with 2 tbsp of cocoa power
Begin by making a batch of Classic Vanilla Cupcakes. While these are baking and then cooling make a batch of Very Vanilla Frosting. Once the cupcakes are completely cooled hollow out a little cone with a knife. This can be seen in the photo on the left. Now dip the cone into the coffee mixture and put it back into the cupcake. After you have done this with all of the cupcakes frost them with the Very Vanilla Frosting. Then using a powdered sugar dusting tool (or whatever works the best for you) sprinkle the cinnamon and cocoa mixture onto the cupcakes. Ta da! Easy tiramisu!
